The site combines UK specification research with practical inspection steps. It is independently produced, does not represent Jaguar Land Rover Limited and does not replace a qualified mechanical or structural inspection.

The 22 quick Land Rover buyer’s guides explain each generation’s major UK-market engines, drivetrains, production changes and known purchasing risks. They are designed for initial research and model comparison.
The detailed buyer’s guide is created by the free checker. It uses the selected model year, engine, body, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, mileage and intended use to produce a longer vehicle-specific inspection checklist. Checks that do not apply to that specification are removed.
